Kaiaua Beach is 60km from Gisborne. The beach is 6km from the state highway turn-off.
Excellent beach for fishing and swimming.

When planning your visit, remember to apply for a camping permit online. Permits must be obtained before setting up camp.

There's no rubbish collection service at the site - please take all your rubbish and recycling with you.

Camping options include tents and vehicles. A chemical toilet is required.

This camp is open after Labour weekend.
