Just 20 minutes drive from Thames and 40 minutes to Coromandel, this camp of many summers is opposite the local hotel which serves food. It has a well-stocked camp store. The sites are level and able to accommodate large vehicles; some sites have shade or beachfront access. Kids can muck about in the stream or on the beach. There are two kitchens, compact and clean, with appliances and fridge/freezers. A variety of ablutions (some metered) are dotted across the camp, with two attractive disabled access suites and plenty of toilets and family showers. Two automatic laundries and a dump station are provided. Dogs by prior arrangement.
