Description:

Privacy in an unspoiled setting, but you will have to travel about 16km of rough road to this self-registration campsite. Beside the eastern edge of the Puketi Forest, it is close to some spectacular Kauri forest. The campsite is an ideal base from which to explore the forest, with its network of tracks and walks. There are wheelchair-access toilets, cold-water taps, fireplaces and wood provided at the campsite.
