An attractive park 3km along the Wanaka-Mt Aspiring Road where 100 camping sites are terraced and sheltered by tree belts around the outside. Powered sites are on a hard stand, with a small grassed area and picnic table for each site, and the top sites have a wonderful view and a clean and modern kitchen with plenty of cooking appliances, fridges and TV. Down one level is the recreation room, with internet and a lounging deck so you can watch the children as they swim in the pool that comes complete with 3 slides and a balancing beam. More amenities are provided on a lower level where a little area is set aside for tents, with plenty of sunny sites. There are automatic machines in the laundry and a drying room for use in the ski season. There are two BBQ facilities in the camp, one on each level.
