Only 400 metres off the main road, down an avenue of citrus trees, is this superb holiday park. A large proportion of the park is owner occupied. There are some available sites for casuals dotted around but a cluster of prime riverside sights have been set aside for the holidaymaker. Gaze across the well-kept lawns to the tidal estuary with farmland in the distance. A spic and span central ablutions block is nicely tiled, has metered showers and includes a disability suite. The roomy kitchen/dining has ovens, cooktops, microwaves and instant boiling water but you need to provide your own cutlery, pots and plates. Alongside is a large lounge and an exchange library opening to a recreation room with pool table, darts and table tennis. The laundry is well equipped and has an iron. There is a central play area for the children including a trampoline. Dump station for guests only. There is a filleting bench, but ALL fish waste MUST be removed from the park. The 2hr return walk beside the tidal river to the sea will give your legs a good stretch.
